CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment, if cancelled on TIME. • Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day reschedules may be treated as a late cancellation. • No-shows will forfeit the full deposit and may be required to prepay for future bookings. • Late arrivals: If you arrive 10 minutes late, your service rescheduled depending on availability. Full deposit may still apply. • We reserve the right to cancel appointments in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances; clients will be notified as soon as possible and deposits will be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
